Not us, but Harmony-Central...
These guys have been down for like 5 days and counting... Evidently somebody hacked into their system and may have had access to some personal info or something...
I can imagine a section for reviewing the site itself that would include questions like: Was it easy to hack? How much did this cost you? Can you provide us with technical assistance? Would you stop calling our customer service? Would you replace it if your information was lost or stolen?

Well, I figure, when an emergency crops up, that is ALWAYS a good time to schedule some maintenance... ...and as soon as possible...
