He's the guitarist who has played for the Promise Keepers Maranatha Band for several years.

Last time I went looking for him I think I only came up with studio references and a mention on the /13 (the amp in your picture) site. I have a great acoustic (steel string) album by 'Shawn Tubbs' call "Jesus You Are My Life" but I haven't been able to determine if it's the same player.
