The other day I was digging through an old box of cassettes and I found a copy of "Spontaneous Combustion" by Glenn Kaiser (he played in the Resurrection or Rez Band). Apparently I had never listened to it, because I would have remembered that I had it. It's really cool Chicago-style blues played by guys that really understand the blues, not just a bunch of rock guys who decided to make a blues album. I love blues, but there isn't much of it out there that's glorifying to God. Do any of you know of any more??

Check out Larry Howard's recordings on that site. He did an live album or two with Kaiser. THere are a lot of good things there.

Another good one is Darrell Mansfield Blues band, I think the link is over in "the Links".

Great Blues! Outstanding harmonica wailin too! I think Darrel is the best harmonica player out there!
