if you guys want to get some news on how the church is doing around the world, check out Voice of the Martyrs, you can google it and will take you to their website. These guys are literally dying for the cause. Of the men from the organization spoke at church one day, opened my eyes on how spoiled we can be and take our freedom for granted.

God bless

Ya that's some powerful stuff... there is another related ministry I think - GOSPEL FOR ASIA.

Pretty powerful book out by them - "The Road To Reality" - very convicting read.

I might step on some toes here: My opinion is, on average, there are more lukewarm church's here in the USA, than those that are On-Fire for Jesus.

I am of the opinion, that most American Church's are comfortable, and have not experienced any form of martyrdom, or persecution in modern times. Oh there have been some, but that seems to be the exception, not the rule.

Now this is just my opinion, and mine alone, but as long as most of the church's in the USA continue on the course that I see, we will in our lifetime experience the great falling away from the faith.

I have more to say about this, but I'll have to come back to it later, so I can be concise and clear.

well spoken. i totally agree. you are not alone. i think the church USA is responsible for inflicting more persecution than ever suffered while in the USA.
