Some of you know already that I am retiring form the military very soon - I will be returning to the states in 10 days, and by mid July I will be done. My official retirement will be in September, but I have enough vacation days saved up that I will effectively be done in July.

Big news is that my wife and I found out recently that we are expecting a new addition to the family - child #5 (yes, you read that correctly...) is due in January!

I would have shared this sooner but I have been very busy getting ready to move and retire. These are exciting times for us but a little stressful too...

In the next few months I will be remodelling a home, looking for a new job, searching for a new vehicle (the dreaded mini van), and finding a new church.

This coming Sunday will be our last Sunday attending the little chapel service where we have been worshipping for the last 4 years, and my last Sunday playing music on Sunday morning - probably for a long time. I will miss it and hope to find some opportunity to play in the near future.

Starting this coming Thursday I will have limited access to the net for a few months, so I will check in when I have the chance and look forward to being a regular participant on the boards again in a few months!

Hey, you didnt put in for vacation here using the correct forms in triplacet, so your informal request for vacation from the board is duly denied. Any absence in activities here will be percieved as AWOL, and the punishment will be surrendering that Nashville Tele your always braggin about. So I expect to see a post by you at 0600 mister! If not, you will be seein the Hummer rollin up with me, kewl, PG, and verbbb, and we will execute the punishment!

:-) All jokin aside, congrats on the baby bro! That is great news! Hey, at least this one wont be a military brat!

So where you gonna move too here in the states? Are you gonna land here in wunerful Kaw-lee-phon-ya? Or one of those other states whose names escape me.
