Godin Artisan ST

Godin Artisan ST: 1993 Godin calls the finish " Trans Green Shade" looks more beige with black edges. From what I have found it's an extremely rare color. Birdseye maple top on the gloss black body, Birdseye maple bolt-on neck w/ebony fingerboard. This model of Wilkinson tremolo locks in place with a slight move downward of the trem arm when not in use and makes the guitar like playing a hardtail model. This tremolo was only made a very short time and is very rare. The tuners are locking models as well.
Very little wear anywhere on this guitar and no issues, the guitar is ALL original. It does come with a non original hard case though. $975 shipped.

Thanks guys, it's a great guitar but like so many other guys I have too many and need to turn this one into cash.

Also, I forgot to mention that the top is a "Carved" top,,, which can be easily seen in the pictures BUT I wanted to point this out to anyone who may not notice.

Don't think the "wanting" is the issue. But, I (and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone here) for one, need to cull my herd more than add to it:embarassed: Looks like a really fine axe, but......well.....not that I wouldn't like it.......

Hi Rubsoul, Yes, I still have it, sorry I have not been looking in the thread , I figured I'd get an email or PM I guess............ it's about like many strats I've had, I have no scales but I have a history of back trouble and it's never bothered me at all as far as weight.

I also am tring to "thin the herd" a bit, and I won't add a new axe until I sell one. The Ms. was impressed with my new (used) Godin Acousticaster sound with that LL Baggs, and she wanted that acoustic PU option. We wound up finding her a mint 2000 Godin LGX model. I did "pitch" her at you Artisan a quite a few times (She is also a very "visual" buyer, and loved the looks of your guitar). She opted to go with the LGX. We shall see if she "becomes one", with the LGX !

TK, the phenomenon int just on this forum. Matter of fact, my son has a great bass cabinet up for sale at a ridiculously low price (an even better deal than what your doing for that fine guitar), in GREAT shape, and no one's biting.

I know lot's of folks that are in that same boat.

I know this, there are a few here that are most likely drooling over that guitar, and only wish they had the cash.

I chalk it up being one of the worst economies, and its near Christmas time.

I would also do this if I where you: List it on Craigslist and Ebay. Just my :2cents:
