Looks like the same basic concept of the Atomic Reactor, which gives you a tube amp without a preamp in a combo amp format so that you can plug the modeler of your choice into it. It's a great idea for those who want to use a modeler with an amp on stage instead of running straight into the p.a. This one looks as though it's pretty similar in design to a basic keyboard amp.

For that price,there are a ton of options out there.

I'm using an old TOA keyboard amp that I picked up a few years ago for $80 with my modeler. Works for me.

Absolutely WAY overpriced. You can get a full range QSC 12" 500watt powered wedge for about 7 bills that will absolutely destroy those amps...

Yeah, looks too expensive. Although the Atomic Reactor does look appealing, never tried one though.
