I don't know if this is the right place for this thread, but I just want to say Thank You to everyone here. This place is just what I've needed for a very long time.

There are other music/guitar forums I've been on that just leave me tense, angry, frustrated. Its hard to describe. They have "trolls" running around loose trying to stir up trouble and who knows what all. But here, here is a place I can be inspired, comforted. I can put my feet up and relax or I can learn a new riff that will give me a kick-start when my music is feeling stagnant. I've found an enormous group of folks who will encourage and praise, who have no hidden agenda.

I haven't been a member here for too long and I haven't posted that much, but many many times I'll come in and read over posts and it really makes my day. I thank the Lord for sending me to this forum and I thank you all for accepting me. I pray the Lord will bless you all.

In Christ's Love and Faith,

David Alldredge a.k.a. Papa Dave

Dave, that's a testimony of faith! Pleased to meet you.:)

Thank you for your closing line of prayer. It will reach many, all who read and those who may not.

I'm just a man, but the King's Kid too, and we're here together, to enjoy and share, in good times and bad, with work to do.

Glad you're enjoying it.

It is a little oasis, compared to most of the net, isnt't it Dave.
Nice folks with good hearts that know who their Lord is.

Keep praying for this forum. It is one of the few safe harbors on the Internet. This is my favorite forum. Stephen and the crew are a real blessing.

BTW welcome, Papa Dave!!!

It's funny. I was reading all the posts today, people who have lost their children (grown or otherwise) to premature deaths. (Parents should NEVER have to bury their kids).

As I read these posts, I see the thread category called "Inspiration." My first thought was YOU guys ARE my inspiration.

Echoing previous sentiments - thanks to all of you for being there and helping (whether you knew it or not).

God is great! :yeah:
