We are playing at Voux Carre Baptist Church on Daphine St Saurday and Sunday.The Sunday service is at 10 AM .

Sunday morning Praise and Worship, then a lunch time nuawlins gumbo and crawdad boil! Ooooeeeyy yaaah! Ill keep you in y prayers. give us a report after you get back and rested.

Man I`m about tired !!We ministered in the French Quarter where we stayed most of the day Saturday then played Sun morning at Voux Carie and then dove for the car left at 12:15 drove straight through to Bham got there at 6:10 just in time to set up and play at 6:30 Sun night .We had good services both places. Tonight I am playing with the Carlton Reese Unity Choir that worked with MLK back in the 60`s here in Birmingham so tomorrow :innocent I HIDE and rest LOL.

Sounds like a bunch of fun to me. Cherrish these moments, even if they are rough on you. You will reflect on them as "the good 'ol days" down the road.

Here is a recording from the french Quarter in New Orleans and Sundays service .http://www.digitalsoundplanet.com/Members/000145589_000026100.mp3 The piano we used was out of tune (man I bring three guitars,my equiptment bag and a MTS 2/12 100 watt combo and the keyboard player won`t bring anything :dunno :banghead we gotta talk :roll: ) and we couldn`t find a drummer for the trip.We were right in the heart of the "fruit loops " section of the quarter according to the locals and opened the door and brought um in off the street .
