I don't know how many of you guys watched the grammy awards, but if you saw it, I am curious as to what you thought of the Gospel "tribute"....

I didn't watch it. Did you have an opinion or did you skip it too (and are looking for reveiws)?
Hey and how much longer will you be living life Italian style?

I saw it and thought it was irreverent and over the top at times.
I will be leaving Italy at the end of June after 4 years and a couple of months. I am retiring from the Navy in September, and I start my "terminal leave" at the beginning of July.

Is it just me, or does "terminal leave" just have a really ominous tone to it? :shock

Only if he's not leaving the terminal.

No, it has a really sweet tone!   "Terminal leave" is basically just paid vacation used at the end of an enlistment (or career) when you are "terminating" your service. In my case, it is 60 days of vacation that I saved up combined with a month of house hunting and job hunting time that the Navy gives me - so I retire 3 months early but continue to draw my full pay for three months before my much reduced retirement pay starts. I am praying that the Lord will let me know what He has in store for me (occupation wise) before those three months are up!

Wally, thank you for your Service. And I hope you enjoy every minute of your vacation before you have to return to the "grind".
What part of the country will you be returning too?

We will be settling in southeast TN. I will spend most of my "vacation" remodeling a house and job hunting :???:
