mmm....I thought ultimate tone came from tele's and tube amps cranked up nice and loud... :poke:

which explains why I'm never happy with my tone... lol cause I don't own a tele

MadHatter, you (and Viking) are right - tone comes from teles and tubes lol . But as a guy with a nice old tele and a nice old Pro Reverb, I can vouch that some of us sometimes need a little more help! :embarassed:
