The Cathedral Praise Team is going to be playing some large outdoor gigs looks like this year!! We are for certain playing at the Thunder Beach HOG rally in Panama City Fl in May and looks like we may play the Coca Cola Stage at Birmingham City Stages this year :yeah: :cool: :cool: ! I'll keep ya posted !!

Yep Harley Owners Group like Sturges, Cherokee and Datona . We have a bike club in the Church and our Pastor rides a Harley.

Last years attendance was well over 250000 and we played a small side gospel stage in a Church with the choir then. The Coca Cola Stage is one of the events biggest and we will be playing in front of 30 to 50,000 folks this year if we get it :yikes: ;)! Guys this is NOT a done deal right now but we do have a real shot at it. Pray the Lord opens the door in this slot for SOMEONE who will shine some light on Birmingham and spread the good news not just entertain. I confess I want it to be us but HIS will be done here not mine !

The choir plays ever year here on the gospel explosion stage at Stages. This year we want to be in the mix on our own not just as the backing band for the choir. We do the vast majority of the music at the church but the band and praise team just don't get no respect :dunno: ;) .

Our Pastor rides a motorcycle also. Not sure what kid.

It makes me think of the song "Would they love Him down in Shreveport".

First line goes, "If they saw Him riding in,long hair flying in the wind. Would they love Him down in Shreveport today".
