New Tele on it's way.....

.... So I guess you all know I have a suffer( :D ) from a serious case of GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome). Mine is more oriented towards guitars than gear so I guess you can call it Guitar Acquisition Syndrome.
So well over at the TDPRI stephen was kind enough to point out amongst others, the work of Rob DiStefano at fret tech and I was in for a new round of GAS (thanx Mr webmaster) :D :D :D :D
Well to cut a long story short Rob is now in the process of building me a Nashville Tele and so far I must say I am pretty impressed. He gives me constant updates and the guitar looks like it is gonna be a beauty.

Yeah, over at TDPRI I'm "SteveY."
I play mostly various parts-o-tele's I've kluged together.
My favorite has a Broadcaster bridge pickup.
Right now I'm "building" (screwing together) an ash body with CS Texas Specials.
Nashville style is of course more versatile than the traditional two-pickup jobs I cobble together. I have a Peavey that has a middle pu, but it's not a tele style. It has a big ol' humbucker in the bridge, and a Kahler (that I would not know what to do with, being whammy challenged). :roll:
