.... any of you guys done this mod yourself? I am seriously thinking on putting a Bibsby on a Tele, looks cool and sounds cool. Any tips, tricks, hints, any do's or don'ts? I appreciate all the input i can get on this one.

I had a brown Fender Tele Custom once that came with the Bigsby on it, like the color pictured one in the blue Tele book.
It worked great and was still fully Tele sounding.
It had a different kind of bridge than the usual ashtray version though.
I have seen those bridges around though.
Maybe someone makes an aftermarket version. Maybe "AllParts" or somebody. Don't know how you could rig it otherwise and still get downforce on the saddles.
The Bigsby itself needs that forward roller too, for downforce. Not just any Bigsby will do. They make several models.

I built this guitar myself and put a B-16 Bigsby on it. The only thing is you have to put a small shim under the front of the neck to give some tilt. It still sustains well and plays good. I like it.

Thanks TeleGuy
It took a while to get it set up like I wanted it but I really like it.
