We all love seeing pictures posted in the forums. Problem is, sometimes they are a little too big: It starts wreacking havoc in trying to scroll, and post replys to the topics, when the pictures are too big.:

Could you please resize your images so they don't go over 350x350 (approx) max size? That would make the thread a bit easier to scroll through. Maybe include a link to the bigger pic.
Just a suggestion though. Nice gear here!
As a suggestion, if you lack the skills to resize using a photo-shop type of program, there are sites like photobucket.com that hav a simple "reduce 25% of original size, 50%, and 75%" and all you have to do is play with the amount of reduction needed. As was stated above, a good rule of thumb is 350x350.
