That is an awesome guitar indeed. I love all of the mix of wood types. That cross in the back is awesome. Too bad it is not in front for a bolder statement.
As far as the avatar, I suppose this new forum does not have the filters on for that. I am surprised that it allowed that large of an image. Indeed, you need to scale it down to the standard size. I can't remember the size, but I think it is something like 60x80 pixels.

WOW. That looks like some incredible workmanship. I love the binding on the sides of the neck. What make is it?

Taylor, is that the guitar you were building? That is absolutely beautiful!
Well Done Bro!
Hey, I noticed that your avatar is hosted on photobucket, so I have an easy fix for you on the size:
Since its linked to your photobucket account, just resize it down:
Select "Edit", and go to the resize section, and select "50% of original", and hit "resize".
You'll be taken back to your main gallery, go ahead and hit edit again.
When it comes up, you want to see what your pixel size is.
Once you reduce it down to 100 x 100 or smaller, your good for an avatar sized photo!
That'll take care of your avatar.
