Been in Santa Cruz since 1974. I'm from the East coast originally, and lived in Colorado before Santa Cruz.
Yep, I remember snow and cold weather, but funny: I've been VERY cold here too when it's damp and about 35 degrees!
Like they say, "Coldest Winter I remember is summer in San Francisco!"
